I’m SO excited to announce my new cookbook, A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook: 100 Easy, Comforting Recipes for Every Mood and Desire. It’s available for pre-order now!

I have received SO many DMs and messages from you all saying, “come out with a new book!” “when can we get a new cookbook.” But honestly, I haven’t had much to say. Until now.

My life over the years has changed so much. I’ve got married, I moved, I got divorced. And then I found new love and became a mom. My life is so new and different. And this cookbook is a true reflection of how much I’ve grown. I’m grateful that so many of you have been with me throughout my entire journey. 

This book is a love letter to all of you. My new book is full of 100 new recipes. Each chapter is broken up into different mood. Think: recipes for Lazy Weekends like my Juicy Ropa Vieja, Slow Sunday Bolognese or Fall Fruit Sangria.

Recipes when you’re in a rut mid-week: Au Poivre Mushroom Rigatoni, One-Pan Shrimp Orzo, Abuelito’s Arroz con Pollo, and Italian “Chopped” Wedge Salad. Work from home lunches that take 10 minutes: My favorite Giardinera Tuna Salad Wrap and Avocado Chickpea Smash Sandwich.
